Helen DYCK Obituary
April 28, 1926 – September 28, 2015
Helen passed away peacefully at Luther Care Home on Monday, at the age of 89 years. She was predeceased by her loving husband John, in April 2015. She is survived by daughters and sons-in- law Linda and Bill Schroeder, Shirley and Bill Dueck, Lorene and Brad Cowburn and Valerie and John Hearn; grandchildren and great- grandchildren Kelly and Karla Schroeder, Rhett, Tyson, Layne and Alysa; Tim and Lacey Schroeder, Kaycee, Hannah (deceased) and Hunter; Sean and Shelley Schroeder, Tyrell and Kayla; Lindsay Dueck; Jennifer and Trevor Quessey, Claire, Haley, Ethan and Jackson. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Mennonite Central Committee (600 45th St West, Saskatoon, SK S7L 5W9). The Memorial Service will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Thursday, October 8 at Nutana Park Mennonite Church (1701 Ruth St East). So sorry to hear of your mother's passing. She was always very kind and hospitable and we enjoyed our visits to the farm after church when we were kids.I ran into her over the years in Saskatoon and we always had nice 'catch up" visits.My condolences,

Dear Shirley, Linda, Lorene and Valerie
I will always remember the fun times we had with your family and particularly with your mom Helen on so many Friday evenings of our childhood. Your mom was such a kind and caring person who always showed real interest in all of us. She was one of our mom Gilda's best friends! We miss those times and pray for you all now as you go on without her. Helen will always be remembered as a loving inspiration in our lives!

I noticed your mother's obituary on-line and wanted to add my deepest sympathy to your family. I hadn't realized your father had also passed away earlier this year.
