Helen Mary Foulke, 45, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday February 15, 2025, surrounded by her loving family.

Born on September 13, 1979, in Sellersville, Helen was the daughter of the late George and Karen (Minner) Wolfe. She was a devoted wife to Steven A. Foulke, with whom she shared ten wonderful years of marriage.

Helen had a deep love for the outdoors and found joy in camping, hiking, and tending to her garden. She also had a passion for photography, capturing the beauty of nature and cherished moments with loved ones. Baking for family and friends brought her great happiness, and she shared many special moments with her beloved dog, Jasper.

She is survived by her husband, Steven and her brother: Daniel Wolfe and his wife Kelly.

Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated 10:00AM on Saturday February 22, 2025, at St. Thomas Moore Catholic Church in Allentown. Calling Hours will be Friday February 21, 2025, from 6:00-8:00PM at the O'Donnell Funeral Home in Allentown and Saturday from 9:00-10:00AM in the church vestibule.

In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Helen's memory to a charity of your choice.
