February 26, 2007

To Bud, Barbara Jean, Honi, and the entire Leonard and Lowry families,
.
Please accept our sincerest and heartfelt sympathy to all of you
.
I pray that God will give you and your families the strength and guidance to help you through these difficult times. Our prayers are with all of you at this time of your loss
.
I have fond memories of the times Helen and her husband Joe welcomed me into their home as a close friend of Bud's starting in 1964 when Bud and I were working the summers in Grand Bend and sharing a big house with three other friends. She always made sure Bud and I were well fed before we headed back to the "Bend". I always looked forward to seeing her and conveying my thanks for their hospitality. It was always a pleasure engaging her in conversations at Bud and Honi's family events at their lakeside home in Charron Beach.
.
She will be missed by all.
.
Helen, lead the way ahead of us for we are not that far behind you in leaving this earthly life.
.
You will always be in our prayers.
