Helen L. Rennebaum

Helen L. Rennebaum (nee Leonhardt), 94, of Williamstown, NJ went home to be with the Lord on October 10, 2008. Born in Williamstown, she was a lifelong resident. She was the daughter of the late William and Olga Leonhardt (nee Schuh).

Mrs. Rennebaum was a graduate of Glassboro High School, where she was the pianist for the orchestra and assembly, she attended the Combs Conservatory of Music, she was a Past Worthy Advisor of the Pitman Rainbow Girls, a Past Matron of Williamstown Chapter # 149 OES, where she received a 70 year membership pin last year, a member of the Past Matron’s Club, she also served as the organist at St. John’s Lutheran Church of Williamstown for 30 years. Mrs. Rennebaum was the pianist of the Williamstown Rotary club for 46 years and she is still an active honorary member, she was the Club Hostess for the Rotary Auction and annual Handicap Children Christmas Party. She was a member of the Auxiliary of Kennedy Memorial Hospital Washington Twp., was a Forelady at Owens Illinois in Glassboro during WWII, the Past President of the Legion of Valor Auxiliary and a member of various card clubs. She also served as a member of the Williamstown Historical Society and was the Whitehall Elementary School Grandmother. (Her Beloved 600 Grandchildren).

Beloved wife for 53 years of the late Leon A. Rennebaum. Devoted mother of William E. Sharp (Joan) of Williamstown and Leon A. Rennebaum, Jr. (Elizabeth) of Williamstown. Dear sister to Herbert Leonhardt of Florida and the late Dorothy Miller. Loving aunt of Gilbert, Kathy, Churchie F, Herbie, Billy, Dr. Staci, Patti Lynn and Barney. Loving godmother of Jack Keller of Florida and Gilbert Miller, III of Williamstown.

Relatives and friends are invited to her viewing on Monday from 7:00 - 9:00 pm and Tuesday from 9:30 - 10:30 am at the FARNELLI FUNERAL HOME, 504 N. Main Street, Williamstown.

A service will be held Tuesday 11:00 am at St. John’s Lutheran Church, 1002 S. Main Street, Williamstown. Burial will follow in St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery.
