My deepest sympathies on the loss of my cousin Helen Szukala. We lived so close together in Poroda, Wolyn and were very close childhood friends until we were taken away to Germany in 1943. We met again in a German refugee camp after being released from the work camp. We only saw each other a few times (at her son's wedding, my father Wladyslaw, Mietek and Zosia Zielinski's funerals, as well as Wally's and Mary-Anne's weddings. God keep you safe.
