Henrietta C. Schwoyer, 87, of Allentown, passed away Monday evening, September 22, 2025, in St. Luke's - Allentown Campus. She was the loving wife of Edward B. "Barry" Schwoyer for 68 years in August 2025. Born in Coaldale, she was a daughter of the late Charles and Cecilia (Haun) McGinley. Henrietta was employed as a waitress, for the former Hess's Patio Restaurant, Allentown, where she met numerous celebrities. She was a devoted NY Mets and Dallas Cowboys fan and would like the Dallas Cowboys players to be her pallbearers, so they can let her down one more time. Henrietta was a faithful member of Sacred Heart Church, Allentown. The joy of her life was to travel internationally. Surviving are her husband, Edward B. "Barry" Schwoyer; sons, Edward B. Schwoyer Jr., Duane Schwoyer and spouse, Terri, Matthew Schwoyer and spouse, Kim; five grandchildren, Amanda, Christian, Alexis, Gabriella and Ashton Schwoyer; great-granddaughter, Morgan Getz; numerous nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by sisters, Dolores Kistler and Marilyn Turek. A prayer service will be held at 11:30 AM, Tuesday, September 30, 2025, at Hunsicker Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 3438 PA Rte. 309, Orefield, call 11-11:30 AM Tuesday. Contributions in her name may be made to Sacred Heart Church, 336 N. 4th St., Allentown, PA 18102.

Hennie was our Florida neighbor for 30 years, i can remember the excitement shed get coming to Disney. Her sons, grandkids and their friends visiting. How much she loved Andy's igloo. She'll be missed by our family.
