Henry Umphress Obituary
Mr. Henry Ford Umphress is survived by his wife, Shawn Mangum Umphress of Fredericksburg; two daughters, four sons and spouses, Henry Loveland Umphress of Arizona, Kendra Lee Bryan of Fredericksburg, Megan and Mark Svatek of Florida, Quinton Neal Umphress of California, Garrett George Umphress of California and Robert Maya of California; six grandchildren, Tyler Crane, Colton Crane, Trapper Crane, Christopher Crane, Christian Svatek and Emma Svatek; and three sisters, two brothers and spouses, Bob and Glo Umphress of Fort Worth, John and Bridgid Umphress of Austin, Maxine and Wayne Zakrewski of Aubrey, Texas, Mary Umphress of Arizona and Vinnie Dungan of Haskell, Texas.
Memorial service for Mr. Henry Ford Umphress will be 11 a.m. today, September 23, 2013, at the chapel of the Schaetter Funeral Home, Fredericksburg, with Chaplin William Carlson officiating. Graveside services and interment of his cremains will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, the family wishes that memorials be given in his memory to Hill Country Memorial Hospice or to the charity of your choice.
The family will greet friends 10-11 a.m. today, September 23, 2013, at the chapel of the Schaetter Funeral Home, Fredericksburg.
