Ann we always enjoyed Herb's visits to our home. He always enjoyed hearing about the farm. He was always so cheerful.

Herb and I met only a short 5yrs ago and in that time he became almost like a second father to me. All the advice and knowledge he had to share will be sorely missed. We will meet again but for now you've earned a rest take care your friend.

Love and best wishes to all of Herb's loved ones. We were friends in high school and always had a great respect and friendship for him and his parents. I have lost my husband and son and know first hand the sorrow you feel right now but hope you also feel a peace at knowing he is no longer struggling. God bless each of you

Our deepest sympathy goes out to each member of your family at this time of great sorrow. To loose someone you love is one of life's greatest challenges but be assured, in time, the sorrow you feel today will be replaced by the happy memories of all the wonderful little moments you were able to spend together. Whether we are separated from someone we love by death, a great distance, or a twist of fate, those we love are only as far away as our fondest memories. Those memories that bring a smile to our lips or a tear to our eye are our most valued possessions and no one can ever take them away from us. Live fast, love hard, and die exhausted!
