Herbert L., beloved husband of 68 years to the late Lena (nee Stephenson) Packer; loving father of Patricia P. (Richard) Foster; dear grandfather of Brett A. (Ouida) Foster and great grandfather of Ripley Anna Foster. Went to be with the Lord on Saturday, November 19, 2011 at the age of 92 years. Visitation at Tri-County Baptist Church, 8195 Beckett Rd., West Chester on Wednesday, November 23, 2011 from 10:00 AM until time of funeral service at 11:00 AM. I didn't receive the notice until today. i am so sorry, Pat and family. He was very supportive ofme during some extremely difficult times. He is a wonderful man.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you in the loss of a wonderful man. We have such fond memories of the "old gang" parties. What a great reunion it must have been when the "four golfers" met again on Saturday. We are ever grateful for the lasting friendships and look forward to being together again "over there".
