WOODS, Herbert Stanely Of Palmerston passed away at Palmerston Hospital on Wednesday December 27, 2006 in his 81st year. Beloved husband of Margaret (Mellow) Woods. Dear father of Wesley Woods and his wife Marilyn of Fergus, Shelley and her husband Trent Stultz of New Lowell and Ruth and her husband Jim Banas of Brampton. Loving grandfather of Kelly Woods and Dale Woods of Fergus, Candice Stultz and Tom Truckle of Angus, Brody Banas and Jade Banas of Brampton. Great-Grandpa of Ethan Stultz Truckle. Survived by one sister Christina Genik of Windsor. Predeceased by two sisters Greta Pociluyko and Helen Gross and one brother Raymond Woods. To honour Herbert's wishes cremation has taken place. A Memorial Service of Remembrance will be held in St. Paul's Anglican Church, Palmerston, on Saturday, January 6, 2007 at 1:00 p.m. Arrangements entrusted to Heritage Funeral Home, Palmerston (519-343-3800).

Dear Aunt Marg. The times we had for family events is something that is still fresh in my mind. Travel up to see everyone was good memories for me, Uncle Herb will be missed. I just wished that my children had the opportunity to meet Uncle Herb. I hope that everyone else is doing fine..
