Mr Dalman was one of my favourite teachers growing up in Culverden in the 80s.
I used to spend lots of time staying with him and Annette and the 3 boys.
Absolutely beautiful family and I'm so sorry to have come across this loss of John.

I knew Mr Dalman from his time in Brunei when I was a A level student studying in PTE Berakas 2007-2008. He was not my direct Maths teacher but he was very active in promoting mini concerts from the Brunei Music Society and I guess we bonded from that. He was an extremely nice and down to earth person and I am very saddened to hear the news from one of our schoolmate. He will always be remembered, especially by his students, colleagues and the people whose heart he has touched immensely.
