I worked with Herman at RUH for many years and always enjoyed his company and humour.
With deepest sympathy to his family.

Herman will always have a special place in our hearts and we will miss him dearly. We are so grateful for the opportunity to have known him. His kind and gentle spirit will never be forgotten. Although we are sad he is no longer with us, I am sure that when he looked upon the face of our Lord, he was grinning from ear to ear, kicking his heels in the air yelling YIPPEE!!!! I've waited my entire life for this moment!!! Remember we will all see him again...Our deepest condolences, Will and Karen

May God be with you all at this time. I remember getting to know Herman and Albert when their dad was at CentralHaven. Also Herman operated he Heart and Lung Machine when my husband had open heart surgery. We always enjoyed visiting with Herman when we met him. My husband actually visited Herman a few weeks ago at RUH as my husband was also a patient there.Praying for you all. Alvin and Shirley Hiebert Dalmeny, Sask.

I really appreciated Herman the short time I knew him. I am sorry I did not see him one more time before he left us. I will miss him.

Dear Anne & Family,
I am shocked and very sad to read about Herman's passing!! It was always so good to bump into you two and chat! I got to know Herman back in the "Network Marketing" days along with Bob and Tom...we spent lots of time together with Bill & Marg...Herman was sincere, but always had such a fun spin on everything. May the Lord bless you with His peace and strength for these sad times. I'm sorry I will be working and be unable to come to the funeral. You are in my prayers
