I only met Vic in April. I was new to the city and we became really fast friends. I immediately noticed that he was just a beautiful soul. He always knew how to make me smile when I was down and I wish I could have done the same for him. I will be forever grateful to have known this sweet angel. May you rest in peace sweetie <3.
