I only knew Horace from a distance but thought he was the classiest guy around. His sister, Ann, and I graduated together in the Class of `69. His father was a groomsman in my parents“ wedding on December 14, 1941. My very best thoughts and love to Ann, the Barker Family, and all who knew and loved this classy and handsome gentleman.

I just today learned if Horace passing. Horace was about 20 years older than I.. but we become to know each other after his father died. See my great great grandfather bought 250 acres that is now known as laurel mountain where his dad was instrumental in developing a lake community on the property that my great great grandfather bought after he was injured in the civil war at the battle of Chickamaugua. He was shot in the shoulder. (James Brannon), I spent my summers there growing up and still own 17 acres there now. I pray Horace did not suffer..! We had a lot in common and was saddened to hear of his passing. I know how
Close he was to Anne and her girls. God bless you Horace. May you rest in peace.

Mr.Horace was an amazing person. I will miss him dearly. I was one of his caretakers. He was a blast to hang out with and we had many adventures together! I loved him dearly.
