Horace Porche Obituary
Visitation will be from 2:30 p.m. until funeral time Saturday at Victory Life Church in Lockport. A memorial service will be at 3 p.m. Saturday at the church, with a private burial at a later date.
He is survived by his wife, Linda S. Porche; son, Rayne Porche and wife, Pam; stepson, Chuck Milliman and wife, Heidi; daughter, Lisa P. Martin and husband, Carrol; stepdaughter, Melanie M. Ledet and husband, Ted; brothers, Wilson Porche and wife, Pamela, and Floyd Porche; sister, Marjorie Loggins; grandchildren, Alyssa Ordoyne, Adam Porche, Cy Martin, and Dex Martin; great-grandchild, Ace Martin; and step-grandchild, Ricky Milliman.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Doris R. Porche; parents, Wilson and Annie Bergeron Porche; brothers, Hilton and Alvin Porche, and Levy Arcement; and sisters, Flossie Thibodeaux, Gertie Breaux, Lottie Perez, Bernice Scavone, and Edith Ratliff.
He was a U.S. Navy veteran of the Korean Conflict.
Samart-Mothe Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
