Howard was the most spoiled kid I’ve met. But he was also the most kind, thoughtful, loving person that I’ve ever met. I will forever love and miss you.

To my friend from school to little league sports and into adulthood. Howard will truly be missed. One of the most genuine people I ever met. So many memories have been coming to mind lately. I pray for Mama Faye and Big Howard they truly raised a great young man. Nothing will ever replace the presence you put in our hearts. We all love you and miss deeply...

“Lill la Howard” that what we called you. We are still in awe that did has happen. I loved the way you loved your Dad. And the love he has for you. Such a hard thing to loss a child. But I pray that my uncle will remember all the great times, and experiences you all had. Keep your Faith and believe that your heart will be healed, according to biblical word.

To Faye and Howard, you raised an awesome son, so glad he was taught to love and help people when he could. I pray that God will give you peace in days of sorrow amen.

I always loved you Howard not because you were my nephew , but you were my " Baby Tim # 2 ". You both had so many qualities that were similar; love for others helping whoever needed help, showing no differences , and wanting Peace of all things. You will always be missed but always remembered by many. Howard , had so much love and great qualities. All my nephews I feel are special , you stood out because as Tim your cousin would say sometimes , " But That ant me". This meant you had u our own character and was real in everything you would do. Much love to Faye and Big Howard. PEACE # 2 and LOVE ❤.

It is hard to believe that someone I went to elementary, middle, and high school with is no longer woth us. Howard was always the "cool friend" that you could depend on for a good laugh. I will always treasure the times from our youth where we hung out quite often. I pray the prayer found in Philippians 4:6-7 that the PEACE of God that surpasses all understanding would uphold the Snipes and connected families during this most difficult time.
