My first memory of Dad is of sitting in his lap while he read me something. I must have been 2 or 3 years old. I remember his smile and the way he made me feel.

A Father Gone
Sweet moments of love & laughter come to mind when we think of him,
Finding ourselves wishing to capture more of those moments in the end.
We look back at the times lost and the moments extinguished by pain,
And we see ourselves in the fragments with him, in sunshine and in rain.
As the days continue without him, we struggle with the loss within,
God gives freedom for the story to continue, once we see each other again.
