Jay was a good man that will be missed by so many, especially those that had the honor to truly know and love him. He loved being a prankster, setting off huge firework displays every year, and Halloween was his favorite. I remember when he acquired all those mannequins from a shuttered department store to scare the kids with... so funny. We love you Jay.
