May 18, 1928 - January 30, 2016 Mrs. Inez Broadus Headrick, age 87, passed away at home on Saturday, January 30, 2016. She is preceded in death by her husband, Leo Henry "Slick" Headrick, infant son, Henry Leo Headrick , parents and siblings. Mrs. Headrick's family will remember her for her love of country music, dancing and playing bingo at The Knights of Columbus. She is survived by her children, Linda Mosley (Lewis), Deborah McWhirter (Frederick) and Richard Headrick (Laura). She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, twenty-seven great-grandchildren , two great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and other family and friends. Visitation will be held at Radney Funeral Home-Saraland on Tuesday, February 2, 2016 from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. Funeral services will be held in the funeral home chapel on Wednesday, February 3, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. Interment will follow in Valhalla Cemetery. My condolences to Linda,Deb,and Rick , I am so sorry for your loss. Missy..I remember when you were a tot, and Inez being so proud of you! I remember her making gumbo..her at
her sewing machine, her playing bingo, her loving a good laugh,and giving Leo down the road,her telling of the time she put Leo out of the car and making him walk home! Lots of good memories.
