Irma E. Mueller, age 96, a resident of Sunny Ridge Health & Rehab Center for the past few years, went home to her Lord and Savior Tuesday evening, January 22, 2013.

Irma was born April 9, 1916 in Sheboygan to August and Agnes (Strassburg) Mueller. She attended St. Paul's Lutheran Grade School and Sheboygan Vocational School.

For twenty- four years she was employed at Spiller Spring Co. before beginning her ten year employment with Manning Light Fixtures, retiring in 1978.

Irma was a faithful, lifelong member of St. Paul's Lutheran Church. She spent her life in true devotion and dedication for her family.

Irma is survived by nieces and nephews, Lois Klunk, Germaine Doro, Joanne Bulkow, Edith (Ronald) Plocar, Judith (Kenneth) Schuette, Noreen (Butch) Karbe, Barbara (Kenneth) Binder, Linda (Michael) Weber, John Steinbruecker, and Randy Altman; two nieces-in-law, Marilyn Altman and Judy Altman; great-nieces; great-nephews; and other relatives and friends.

She was preceded in death by her brothers and sisters, Arthur, Elinor, Fred, Marie, Frieda, Bertha, Helene, Norbert, and Agnes; and three nephews, Neil Altman, Michael Altman, and Lee Steinbruecker.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, January 25, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at Ballhorn Funeral Chapels. Rev. Alan Kretschmar, Pastor of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, will officiate. Burial will take place at Lutheran Cemetery. A time of visitation and support will be held at Ballhorn Chapels from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.

A memorial fund has been established in her name for Blessed To Be A Blessing Fund at St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 1810 N. 13th Street, Sheboygan, WI 53081.
