Is this the Irwin Steinberg who owned the children’s clothing company “Dolly Dimple”? Can someone please respond?

It was with great sadness that we heard the news about Irwin. We send our deepest sympathy to you, Mark and Nicki, and to the entire family. Our thoughts and prayers are with you.
