October 31, 2014 – Calgary, Alberta
Isabel Dahl of Calgary passed away on Friday, October 31, 2014 at the age of 101 years. Isabel is survived by her daughter and son-in- law, Thelma and Sam Cameron; three granddaughters, Sheila and Jeff Cherniawsky and their children, Anthony (Jason Lemmon), Nick (Shelley), and Tiana (David Sirois); Shawna and Ken McCabe and their daughter Camryn; Christie Cameron and Troy Skidmore and their children, Matthew and JonJon. She is also survived by her sister Thelma Parker and numerous nieces and nephews. Isabel was predeceased by her husband Jack Dahl in 1975; her brothers, James Torry and Bill Torry; and her sisters, Marion Coonfer and Zina Mole. A Memorial Service will be held at St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church (703 Heritage Drive S.W.) on Thursday, November 6, 2014 at 11:00 a.m. Condolences may be forwarded through www.mcinnisandholloway.com. In living memory of Isabel Dahl, a tree will be planted at Fish Creek Provincial Park.
