BARBARA, BEVERLY, KENNETH AND FAMILY,
MY DEEPEST CONDOLENCES TO ALL OF YOU. I HAD THE PLEASURE OF KNOWING YOU MOM SINCE I WAS 10 YEARS OLD WHEN WE WERE NEXT DOOR NEIGHBORS. SHE WAS A BEAUTIFUL AND GRACIOUS LADY. I ENJOYED MY VISITS WITH HER WHEN WE RAN INTO EACH OTHER WHILE SHOPPING IN LASDOWNE. I AM SORRY I WAS UNABLE TO ATTEND HER FUNERAL. MY THOUGHTS ARE WITH ALL OF YOU AT VERY SAD TIME.

Today was Auntie Isabel's Funeral. I don't think there was anything out if place, as she had pretty much organized it earlier on. I had the privilage to play the organ/piano for her... one last time. She chose the hymns and requested that I play "O Perfect Love" as it was a solo sung at her wedding. A very touching time and from that I will see her smile whenever I play that song. May the Angels be your guide :)

It was a privelege to have known Isabel.
On our driving occasions we enjoyed and shared many common past interests.
Always stimulating being with you Isobel.

Aunt Isabel was a wonderful member of our family: kind, intelligent, multi-talented, and a joy to be around. We will all miss her. I am sorry I cannot attend the service, but my thoughts will be with you all.

Aunt Isabel was a most perfect aunt. She had a wit and the warmest welcome whenever one visited. She opened the cottage on Pigeon Lake for all of us. She created a home that always included nieces and nephews. I write this from India and sincerely regret that this trip and other commitments will not allow me to be at the funeral. I will certainly be thinking of all of you. Love, Rick
