Suely will miss mother's telephone calls and her desire to have a full report on what is doing in town. Like many things in life our frequent calls became a part of our life.

Frances Bell made indelible impressions. Her words were sharp and perceptive. She would listen to a conversation and then offer an opinion. So frequently, those opinions were thought provoking and even a bit controversial. But that was Frances - fearless Frances.
Beneath that independent and sometimes very tough exterior, Frances showed us a softer side. She inquired about our family and our lives. She took joy in hearing good news and left us with the impression she cared about people.
While her sensitivity towards others at times would be overshadowed by her strong personal views, we loved both sides of her character.
As we look back on our times together, they bring a smile and a fond memory of her company.

We will greatly miss Frances here at Huntcliff Summit. She was the epitome of the word independent, as well as smart, sharp and helpful. She had a great heart! She was blessed to have such a loving family and you all were so blessed to have her. Thank you for allowing us to share in her last years.

My Aunt Frances was a distinguished individual in our family. She always stood strong, shared her views directly, delivered insights and fostered thinking in life to be entreprenural. Thank you Frances for the privilege.
