Isobel RANSOM

RANSOM _ Isobel Louise 1921 - 2002 Isobel Ransom of Nanton passed away at the High River Hospital on December 26, 2002 at the age of 81 years. She is survived by her son Warren Ransom, Calgary, and daughter Helen (Delbert) Edey, High River; her grandchildren, Shane Ransom, Grande Prairie, Sharna Ransom, Redcliffe, Deanna (Brad) Sicotte, Travis Edey, all of Calgary and Roxy Edey, Lethbridge; and by great-grandchildren, Joshua Piche and Sydney Sicotte. Isobel was predeceased by her husband Willard E. "Wid" Ransom on May 2, 1989. A Memorial Service will be held at the Nanton-Parkland United Church, Nanton on Monday, December 30 at 2:00 p.m. Cremation took place at Parklawn Crematorium. Isobel's cremains will be interred with her husband's at Nanton Cemetery. If desired, memorial tributes may be made to the Canadian Cancer Society, 215 - 12 Avenue S.E., Calgary, Alberta T2G 1A2 or to the charity of the donor's choice.
