I met Ivor in 1977 when he was with Accles and Pollock and I was the Managing Director of The St. Andrew Golf Company in Dunfermline. A delightful man he was always courteous and friendly and he would always stop to reminisce if we met at an Open. A sad day for me and for everyone connected to the game.
