SHAW, J. H. Myles(PHARMACIST, School of Pharmacy, University of Toronto, 1951)
The family announces with sorrow his death, Wednesday, February 14th, 2001, in North Bay, in his 76th year. Beloved husband of Dorothy Shaw (née Nadon). Loving father of Hugo (wife Nancy) of Annapolis, Maryland, Grant (wife Karen) of Calgary, Alberta, Claire Shaw (husband Paul Cope), Lucille Shaw (husband Perry Sakki) both of Sudbury, Helen Tremblay (husband Mark) of Fredericton, New Brunswick and Joe (wife Susan Horne) of Vancouver, British Columbia, predeceased by a daughter Anne Marie, September 21, 1977. Sadly missed and lovingly remembered by his grandchildren, Matthew, Michael and Emily Shaw; Joshua, Jordan, Ben and Natalie Tremblay; Laura, Simon and Martha Cope; and Kari Sakki; dear brother of Merlin of North Bay, Mary Rising of Newbern, North Carolina, Teresa Kavanaugh of Sudbury and Patricia Goldman of Iowa City, Iowa; predeceased by a sister Opal Stevens, and three brothers, Clifford, Harry and Daile. The family will receive friends at the CO-OPERATIVE FUNERAL HOME, 222 Lasalle Blvd., East, (at Notre Dame), SUDBURY, Friday from 2 p.m. until 9 p.m. Mass of Christian burial will be held Saturday, February 17th, 2001 at 10:00 a.m. in Christ the King Church, Sudbury. Gifts to the Sister of St. Rose Bursary Fund, L'Arche Sudbury or Right to Life, will be greatly appreciated.
