J Spain Obituary
Mr. J. C. Spain, age 80 of Alabaster, passed away Tuesday May30, 2017 at Shelby Memorial. Services will be held 2pm Saturday June 3, 2017 at the Chapel of Rockco Funeral Montevallo. Burial will follow in Harless Cemetery. The family will receive friends Friday night from 6 to 8 pm at the funeral home.
Mr. Spain was preceded in death by his wife, Martha Ann; son, Phillip Spain; a son in law, Robert "Bo" Edwards Jr. and great-granddaughter, Kayleigh Spain.
J.C. is survived by his daughter, Regina Edwards; sons, Jeff Spain (Susie), Bruce Spain (Kristen); sisters, Mattie, Oscar, Mayo, Jimmie Ruth, Dot, Francis, Shirley, Dean; brother, Bobby; grandchildren, Randy, Candice, Phillip Jr., Robert, James, Mary, Janna, Blake, Ginger, Noah, Avonlea, Brad, Brandon; Great Grandchildren, Jaxon, Kyle, Ashton, Lily, Alicia, Brayden, Anastasia, Macy; great great grandchild, Hunter.
