Dear Lorraine, our love and spiritual support fly from Patagonia to all of you. You and Lani will be in our thoughts and prayers, especially tomorrow. It was a privilege to meet him at Linden and Bryan's beautiful wedding. I immediately knew he was a wonderful human being!!

I am saddened to hear of Dean Bader's passing. He was an absolute delight to work with and be around at GGU. My deepest condolences.

Dear Lorraine, Hearing about Lani was a great shock. I remember fondly working with him during our senior year at GGU. A friend once said to me when he learned stage lighting, "When I was a photographer, I thought only God made light. When I learned stage lighting, I realized that people can make light too." Lani brought light into the minds, hearts and lives of colleagues and friends and thousands of students. Please accept my condolences.

Dear Mrs. Bader and Family:

I first met Lani in 1984 when I was fresh out of college, working as a Case Administrator at the American Arbitration Association in San Francisco. I was so privileged to have gotten to know him as a business colleague, trusted advisor and true role model for what it meant to be a professional in the legal industry. I spent a total of 10 years at AAA, and I know I speak for all of us who knew him, worked with him, and laughed with him there, when I say how sad it is to hear of his passing, and how thankful I am that I had a chance to know him and learn from him. He touched many, many people through AAA, who all remember his thoughtfulness, professionalism, and hint of mischief. Thank you for sharing him with us, and deepest condolences.
