Jack Bozak Obituary
May 5, 1935 – October 21, 2012
It is with great sadness we announce the passing of our husband, father, grandfather, Jack Howard Bozak. Jack was born on May 5, 1935 and passed away October 21, 2012.
He leaves to celebrate his life, his wife of 56 years, Jeanne (Fisher) Bozak; his children, Rick (Linda) Bozak, Cindy (Murray) Shandro, Desiree (Rod Zubot) Bozak and Tracey (Dave) Mueller; his grandchildren, Tara (Alex) deBruyne, Chelsea (Cam) Grotkowski, Jesse Savoie, Lindsey (Aaron) Kilpatrick, Karlie (Tyler) Armstrong, Jenalle, Daven, and Koletyn Mueller, Cassidy Shandro, Nicole and Kara Zubot; also leaving his precious great grandchildren, Reece and Avery deBruyne, Heidi, Kristen and Emma Kilpatrick, Daylin Grotkowski, Brody Savoie and Valiana Zubot. Jack also left behind many friends and relatives.
A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday, October 27, 2012 at 1:00 p.m. at the Barrhead United Church with Reverend David Pype officiating. Interment in Vega Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Barrhead Health Care Centre Equipment Fund (4815 – 51 Avenue, Barrhead, AB T7N 1M1), S.T.A.R.S. (1441 Aviation Pk N.E., Box 570, Calgary, AB T2E 9Z9) or Charity of One's Choice. Expressions of sympathy may be forwarded to the family by visiting

Our heartfelt condolences for your loss. I enjoyed fishing with Jack and working at Barrhead Sand and Gravel with him. I especially enjoyed building the cabin at the ski hill. He stopped in at work about 3 weeks ago but I didn't have much time to talk to him.I would have liked to come to the funeral but we already had 2 that week.Take care Jeanne. If you need anything call me.
