Jack Coates Obituary
He was born in Chesterfield and had lived locally for all his life.
Mr Coates was a former pupil of Highfield Hall Junior School and Brookfield Secondary School.
He also attended Portland College, Mansfield, where he studied Design Skills and Chesterfield College where he studied I.T. until poor health caused him to finish.
Mr Coates leaves his parents, sisters, close family and many friends.
The funeral service will take place at Chesterfield Crematorium on Monday January 9th 2017 at 10.10 am.
Family flowers only, with any donations to Muscular Dystrophy.
