To the family of Dr. Cohen,
My condolences to all of you. He was an amazing doctor. He helped me tremendously, not only from my successful carpel surgery, but from much pain I suffered from other injuries. I felt in very good hands with him and I was very sorry to see the card of thanks in The Gazette today. May he rest in peace.

To the Cohen family, I am a nurse who worked with Dr Cohen for may years. He was a kind and wonderful doctor and man. My sincerest condolences. He always had a joke for me.

Mrs Ruth Im in shock Its me Elizabeth Curotte..I was looking everywhere and im in shock.. to hear of my doctor passing away..His the only one who cared so much about me..I will miss him so much,, and to make things even more suprising on my birthday August 22 2014 ..Im crying Thank you Doctor Jack ..thank you for saving my life..

When I found out about his illness I was very upset. Then today I read of his passing. Mrs.Cohen I want you to know I have never met a doctor like Dr. Cohen, He was kind, understanding and above all the compassion he had for his patience was remarkable. This is a great loss for your family and the community. May He rest in Peace.
