I will miss Dr. Levine. He "held my hand" during my early dental experiences as his student. He became my most admired professor at UT-DB. I enjoyed seeing him and Dr. Gordon and their wives walking the Galleria. My prayers are with you.

I was so sad to hear of the passing of Dr. Levine. I have many wonderful memories of him as my bay instructor when I was a student and then as a colleague, teaching an elective with him. He was an excellent mentor and friend. He had so much knowledge to give and it was a blessing to the dental education community that he choose to give back to the profession in teaching. I will keep you and your family in my prayers.

Dear Family,

The three things that come to my mind when I think of Jack Levine are "hard-nosed" "honest" and "sincere". I first met Jack when I joined the UTDB faculty 22 years ago. He set a high standard for students and worked with them to succeed. I deeply admired these attributes. Please remember how well others remember him.

My deepest sympathies,
Kenneth Abramovitch

I am saddened to hear about Dr. Levine's passing. I really enjoyed our conversations here at UT Dental Branch. Years ago I looked forward to seeing him with his wife and Dr. Gordon and wife visit me at Lord & Taylor. I'll really miss him.

Dr. Levine, a great man who taught me much about becoming an adult and whose guidance was like a father to me. Your contributions to this life will always be remembered. Rest in Peace
