Jack Elliott Mazor was born July 16, 1925 to the late Jeanette Leibovitz Mazor and Albert N. Mazor.
He left us at the age of 93 on October 7, 2018.
Jack is survived by wife Sheila, daughters Robin, Linn, Lisa and son Michael, grandchildren Josh, Kaleigh, Molly, Zane and great grandsons Bradley and Brayden.
Jack attended Highland Elementary School, Jefferson High School, Purdue University, Indiana University, and Vanderbilt University. At the age of 17, he enlisted the US Army and was a prisoner during WWII. He was a member of the Sigma Alpha Mu fraternity, Lafayette Country Club, and Sons of Abraham Synagogue.
Jack was a prominent businessman here in Lafayette. He owned and operated Hoosier Distributing, Midwest Roofing Co., and A&J Realty, and developed Robinwood and Lindale subdivisions.
Our family and dear friends will cherish his memory forever.

My family lived next door to Jack and Sheila when I was a small child. Robbie was just a toddler! They were wonderful neighbors/friends!
