Jack,
I knew you for 11 yrs. at the Redding Area CHP office and can honestly say that you were the best human being I have ever meant. I have never heard anyone say a bad thing about you. You have a lot of friends and people that loved you. You will be missed Jack.

We went to grade school with Jack. He was in Duane's class. And meeting him again later, he was always one of those people that people were happy about running into. They would say, "Guess who I ran into today?" with a big smile. And it would be Jack.
All the best Jack,
Tina Brovan

You are legendary in these hills Jack. I appreciated your sense of community and fairness. Loved your humor when you gave me a ticket, really I did. Thank you so much for your service and dedication. Glad I got the chance to tell you that in person.
