SOROKA, Jack On Tuesday, May 10, 2011, in his ninety-second year. Devoted husband of the late Mildred Solomon. Beloved father and father-in-law of Lewis and Anne of St. Catharines, Ontario, Gary and Sabine of Toronto, Diane and Joel Goldberg, Howard and Mari of Los Angeles, California. Cherished grandfather of Stuart and Kim Soroka, Aaron and Jena Soroka; Hannah and Tobias Soroka; James and Keely Goldberg; Emiko and Daniel Soroka. Loving great-grandfather of Sara and Ellie Soroka; Caleb and Jade Soroka. Dear brother and brother-in-law of Archie and the late Jacqueline Soroka, Abe and Liz Soroka, the late Rae Carr, and the late Goldie Pap, and brother-in-law of Ruth Goodman, Anne and Bernie Miller, Sam Pap, and the late Elie Solomon. Jack will be greatly missed by his nieces, nephews, family and friends. The family would like to thank the 15th floor staff at the Montreal General Hospital for their care and compassion.
