JACK TALAK Obituary
Age 60, of Pittsburgh, passed away Sunday, October 7, 2012 at his home in Pittsburgh's South Side. Son of Jack T. Talak and R. M. Geraldine Talak. He was born June 28, 1952 in Pittsburgh, PA. Mr. Talak was a member of Local 95 Union of Operating Engineers and was employed at the University of Pittsburgh as a Maintenance Engineer for many years. He is survived by his father, Jack T. Talak of Brentwood, PA; a sister, Darlene Radzanowski and her husband Edward of Indiana, PA; a brother, Dennis and his wife Lisa of Pittsburgh, PA. He is also survived by his son, Jack David Talak II and his wife Demona of Virginia Beach; his daughter, Lynn Rawls of Pittsburgh, PA; five grandchildren; and five nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his mother, R.M. Geraldine Talak; a sister, Donna Flory; and brother, Daniel Talak. Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. on Thursday at the JOHN J. GMITER FUNERAL HOME, LTD., 119 S. 15th St., South Side. A Prayer Service will be held on Thursday evening at 7:30 p.m.
