He would light up the room when he entered it and he always made you feel better with something he said to you!

I'll always remember the golf,bowling and happily heated discussions of life with Jack. He was truly one of a kind. To say he will be missed is an understatement.

I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I always enjoyed seeing the two of you when you visited Michael and Teresa in Florida. He was a great grandfather, always made me laugh and could whip up some tasty sauces in the kitchen. Dear Vacarro family, our thoughts are with you during this most difficult time. International Falls, the Rainy Lake area, and the Smokey Bear golf tournament, and myself will miss Jack's summer visits, kind heart, friendly handshake, and for being so nice to talk with every summer up here in the Falls.

Jack worked with me when I served as Mayor of Cudahy. He always wanted to see what was best for the community and always gave 110% effort to everything he did. Cudahy is a great community because of his efforts. I truly enjoyed our time working together and our talks afterwards.
Like many, I was surprised to receive the news of his passing. We all have lost a great person who will truly be missed.
Thank you for Jack for all the lives you have touched and the time you shared with all of us! You will truly be missed!

So very sorry to lose Jack. As a member of the Sun City West Noisy Neighbors bowling league,one would only strive to acquire his bowling skills. Jack's spaghetti dinners were marvelous! He was a good neighbor and friend.

Our Heartfelt Condolances to all of Jack's Family & Friends. He will be forever remembered as the kind, caring and generous man he was. I had the great pleasure and fortune to have worked for Jack at his salon in downtown Milwaukee ... yet some of my best memories were of the celebrating outside of the salon in their most warm & inviting home for the Christmas holidays. The singing of carols and all the "cheers" provoded many a laugh and blessings for us all.

After moving out of state years ago, we continued to stay in touch with our yearly Christmas cards ... most recent one enclosed the beautiful picture of Jack & Sharon celebrating their 50th Anniversary ... of course I had to write back and tease him about knowing Dorian Gray as he was one man that seemed to hide his age well ...

May all of your many cherished memories bring you all much comfort and peace today and in the days ahead ... remember ...
