WARD On December 22, 2010, peacefully in
Chorley Hospital, 2010. JOHN DUNCAN (JACK) aged 90 years. Much loved husband of the late Theresa, dearly loved dad of Jacqueline, Roy and Derek, dear father-in-law of Julie and Elaine and devoted and cherished grandad and great grandad.
A place in our hearts no one can fill,
We miss you dad and always will.
Funeral service to take place at
Charnock Richard Crematorium on Thursday, January 6, 2011 at 12.45pm.
