PEPPER, Dorothy (nee Perkins)
Died peacefully in her sleep at St. Joseph's Hospital in Hamilton, Ontario on Tuesday, November 20, 2012. She was predeceased by her husband Donald to whom she was married for over 70 years, by her parents Arthur and Ethel Perkins, and her brother Cecil. She leaves her sister Vera Mika, her daughter Roberta Silvester (Geoff) and her son Stephen Pepper (Gail). Lovingly remembered by granddaughters Jodi Jamieson (Mike) and Jackie McKillop (Steve) and by great-grandchildren Willow, Aidan, Finlay and Quintin. Together with Don she shared a passion for travel and the two of them saw so much of the world it often seemed there was nowhere else for them to go. Now, however, less than two years since Don died, they can share the greatest trip of all. Together. Forever. Cremation has taken place. Friends and family may call at the Marlatt Funeral Home, 615 Main St. East, Hamilton (east of Sanford Ave.) on Saturday, November 24, 2012, from 10am until the time of Service in the Marlatt Memorial Chapel at 11 a.m. In lieu of flowers, donations to the charity of your choice would be appreciated.
