JARVIS Jackie
(nee Chapman)
On 18th August, peacefully at Hartlepool Hospice after a short illness borne with great courage and dignity, Jackie, dearly loved wife of Ste, adored mam of Stevo, Charlie and Buzz, much loved daughter of Madge and the late Harry, adored sister of Sandra, Pauline, Carole and the late Mick, sister-in-law of Anth, Colin and Gary, much loved auntie of Amanda, David, Louise, John, Claire, Thom, Laura and Jennifer, great-auntie of Zach and Harry, friend of Matthew, Ben and Callum.
Funeral service to take place at St. Thomas Mores Church, Easington Road, Hartlepool on Wednesday 26th August at 10.30 am prior to interment at Stranton Cemetery. All are welcome. Please meet at Church. Family flowers only. Donations in lieu if so desired to Hartlepool Hospice.
A special person,

Someone we love and can't replace.
Never selfish, always kind.
These are the memories she left behind.
