Jaclyn Armbrust Goranson

Jaclyn Armbrust Goranson ascended to her heavenly home on September 10, 2022, surrounded by her loving children.

Jaclyn was preceded in death by her parents, Vernon and Hazel Armbrust, her husband Paul Goranson, and two infant grandsons.

She is survived by her sister Sharon (Bill) England, her son Todd (Sharon) Rodenborn, and her daughter Jody Troutman along with the four lights of her life; her grandsons, Maxwell and Alexander Rodenborn, and Mason and Aiden Troutman. She is also survived by her special friend Jim Brown and her "girls group" - Jeannie Martens, Evelyn Duncan, Andi Nemeth, and her best friend from high school Josie Kesler.

Jaclyn was born in Lincoln, Nebraska. She spent her childhood in Webster City, Iowa, and her adult life in Knoxville and Kingston, Tennessee. She cherished her high school reunions in Webster City; never missing a reunion in 55 years.

Jaclyn held a Bachelor's in Business Administration and retired after 30 years from Kenco in Knoxville. She had a lifelong passion for travel throughout the world. In retirement, she added gardening, sewing, and decorating to her pastimes. She loved to host friends and family at numerous get-togethers.
