Our deepest sympathy to everyone in the family. Jacob seemed to live each day to it's fullest and challenged everyone around him to do the same. We will remember Jacob and the happiness he added to our lives.

I am Jacob's father. I want everyone to know how much I appreciate the kind words, thoughts and prayers which have been expressed for our family and Jacob. Jacob was a fine son, brother, and friend to many people. Thank you so much for your comments. Gary Caldwell

Jacob was a very good looking and sweet young man and was always polite and always had a smile. He had many friends and seemed to have a great time no matter where her was. He was very bright and could have gone very far in life. But with the short life he did have it seems he didn't waste one minute of it. He was loved by everyone that knew him and will be missed by everyone. I love you Jacob. Aunt Barb

The only thing i could ever say to explain Jake in two words it would be, Big Brother.... I love him so much and he was the most inspiritional person i have ever met. I was blessed enough to have jakey as a guardian angel here on earth as i would say, he helped me through the most crucial turning point in my life. I may regret chioces jake and our friends made, but it has molded me in a way i could never imagine.There-for i am thankful for the lessons i have learned in my life. There is a reason jakey was taken from us temporarily. Even though it will feel like an eternity until we are reunited, but to Jake it will seem like only a few moments. But in that few moments in heaven, he will accomplish so much with our Heavenly Father and our Savior Jesus Christ. I am so proud of jake and his accomplishments in the last year, he has come a long way. My heart goes out to all of you that are grieving for our Jakey, believe me I understand. There was a reason I asked Jake to move in with my family and I am so grateful I listened to my inner feelings, That has turned out to be one of the best decisions i have ever made. I love you Big Bro... Love Beth.

Max and I are so sorry for your loss. We knew Jake from the year he spent with our son and daughter-in-law, Darin and Marie Haag. Jake was even to our house for dinner and I think he went with us to a movie with the family. He was fun to be around and a good kid. It is hard to see a life cut short like this, but I know he is in a better place and waiting to meet all of you in the future. Remember the good times. Our prayers are with you.

We loved our Jakey. We had the pleasure of his company for over a year when he lived with our family. He will always be my son and big brother to my girls. I will miss his sweet smile, his laugh, and the way he ate cereal out of my mixing bowl. I know he is in heaven, and in the love of our Heavenly Father. We will miss him greatly.

We did not have the pleasure of knowing Jacob, but we do know that he left an everlasting memory in the hearts of my brother and sister-in-law, Bob and Pat Groves. Our family knows first-hand what it is to lose someone at such a young age. Please know that our prayers will be offered for Jacobs family, and know that God will show you the way.
