Nieces Kayleigh Johnson and Macie Whitworth of Lavaca, Arkansas and Nephew Remington Whitworth of Greenwood, Ar.
Paternal Grandparents Tom and Carolyn Godwin of Fort Smith, Ar. Several Aunts, Uncles, Cousins and friends.
Services are pending thru Lewis Funeral Home in Ft. Smith, Ar.

. He called me his forever friend, because he knew I was always gonna be there for him. I didn't share his lifestyle but we had a lot in common and he was right I am his forever friend. I miss him dearly.
