Jake was an extremely caring and compassionate young man, always making sure the needs of his family were met.
Visitation Friday from 4-8pm at Wujek - Calcaterra & Sons Inc., (Shelby) 54880 Van Dyke at 25 Mile Rd. Funeral Saturday Instate from 10:30am until 11am service at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter - Day Saints, 1610 Brewster Rd., Rochester, 48306.

May the love of friends and family carry you through this. I remember Jacob from his adorable kindergarten days at Washington Elementary days and he will always be that smiling, happy child--who you was looking forward to telling his family about his day at school. My family is praying for him in heaven.
