Jake was a great neighbor and special friend for 40 years. He was always there with his warm smile, relaxed nature and eagerness to help with anything. Over the years he treated us to veggies from his garden, helped us with appliance repair and joined in helping out our neighbors And following the loss of his sweet Mary, he continued until the end to share stories of their life together. We will miss him, but know that he is still smiling as he joins Mary in heaven.

Uncle Jake I will miss seeing those pictures with that great smile. My love to all the family who will be in my thoughts and prayers.

Mr Scott was such a nice person. He was like an old easy chair. Just comfortable in the company of anyone. He will be missed, but just think of how much he is enjoying the reunion with his wife! None of us want to let our loved ones "go",but we don't have a choice when God calls us home. Judy, your memories will sustain you. He is in your heart. Teresa

Jacob was such a blessing to my Uncle Robert "Bob" Cartwright. Jacob would visit and even take him to church. Uncle Robert just turned 90 years old in December.

We all loved to have Uncle Jake come visit in Nebraska. He was always smiling and having a good time. He will truly be missed by all of us.
