I cannot even begin to express how much Jacob meant to our workplace. I was fortunate enough to be in his team for several months and never ceased to be amazed by his quiet wisdom and huge sense of humour. I want you to know how much he matters and that we want him here, with us. I know no words can take away your pain as parents, sibling and close friends - please know how much you are held in so many hearts. With deepest love, Naomi B
