Jacqueline Mary Brown, 80, passed away Monday, October 31, 2016 after a long battle with cancer. She was a devoted wife and beloved mother. Jackie loved flowers and had a passion for gardening. She was a member at Maples United Methodist Church in Olive Branch. Jackie had a love like no other for her family and found great enjoyment in spending time with her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Clara Wise, and her sister, Charlotte Johnson. Survivors include her husband of 60 years, Don Brown; three sons, Mark Brown, Kirk Brown (Suzanne), and Chris Brown (Ruth Ann); eight grandchildren, Tommy Brown (Tabitha), Jason Brown (Jenny), Cody Johnson (Casey), Sarah Shelley (Josh), Taylor Brown, Kacey Brown, Amanda Brown and Jessica Brown. She also leaves behind one great grandson, Nolan Brown. Family will receive guests Friday, November 4, 2016, from 6:00-8:00 p.m. at Brantley Funeral Home, 6875 Cockrum St. Olive Branch, MS 38654. A funeral service will be held Saturday, November 5, 2016 at 10:00 a.m. at Brantley Funeral Home. Burial will be at Memorial Park Cemetery. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to American Cancer Society, P.O. Box 22478 Oklahoma City, OK 73123. Online Condolences may be expressed at www.branleyfuneral.com

I'm so sorry I couldn't be here, I didn't find out until Nov 5th at 10:30am, while I was as work, that anybody tried to contact me, or I would've been there! I am so sorry! She will be greatly missed!! My heart hurts greatly but i know she is in a better place! Ya'll will be in my prayers as I hope to be in yalls!
