JACQUELINE HOUY Obituary
Age 77 of Monroeville on Thursday, October 7, 2010. Beloved wife of the late Robert Houy; loving mother of Dr. Michael (Linda) Houy, Bobette (Kim) Working, Nanette (Jerry) Berardino, Lisette (Scott) Pilston, and Suzette (Rich) Acquaviva: caring grandmother of Josh (Holly), Stephen, Matt, Lyndsi, Alex, Robert, Alycia, Randy, Tony, Marina, Alyson, Haley, Chloey, and the late Jon who has welcomed his Gram in Heaven; great grandmother of Baleigh; sister of Adrienne Meyer. Jacqueline was a lifetime member of NAM and past member of Parish Council; she was also a member of the Altar/Rosary Society & Girl Scout leader for the NAM school troop. Friends will be received Saturday and Sunday 2-4 & 7-9 PM at the JOBE FUNERAL HOME & CREMATION SERVICES INC. (MONROEVILLE/PLUM CHAPEL) corner of Beatty Rd. & 48 North, Monroeville (412-856-4747). Mass of Christian Burial at North American Martyrs Monday, 10 AM. Interment will follow at Good Shepherd Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to The Pittsburgh Foundation-Jon Houy Memorial Fund, 5 PPG Place, Suite 250, Pittsburgh, PA 15222-5414.

Dr. Houy:
I just heard the news of your Mother. She has been on my mind for the last week. You were on my list of calls to make this week, since I was thinking about her so much lately. I will never forgot all of our wonderful conversations. She was such a nice person. I feel so bad. My deepest sympathy. Marilyn Manfredi
