Funeral services will be Wednesday, Oct. 3, 2007 at 2 p.m. at Searcy Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Mark Ward officiating. Burial will follow in Meadowlawn Cemetery with Searcy Funeral Home directing. The family will receive friends Tuesday, Oct. 2, 2007 from 6 until 8 p.m. at the funeral home.
Broxson was born on March 17, 1935 to Wiley and Cora Lee Harrison. She was a wonderful wife, mother, grandmother and friend. She will be deeply missed. The heavenly skies will shine brighter now that she has joined its choir of angels.
She was preceded in death by her mother, father, several brothers and sisters and by her loving husband, Harold Broxson.
Surviving are her daughter, Sandra Gilmore, Enterprise; her son, Ray Broxson, Gordo, Ala.; sister, Katherine Monaghan, Tupelo, Miss.; four grandchildren, Tim Gilmore, Tina Gilmore, Sarah Broxson, Lauren Broxson; two great-grandchildren, Tiffany Gilmore and Ashley Gilmore; numerous nieces and nephews.
